Hookah Policy & House Rules

Age Requirement

Hookah service is strictly limited to guests 21 years of age or older.
Valid government-issued photo ID is required. No exceptions.

 

Health & Safety Notice

Hookah contains tobacco and produces smoke.
By ordering hookah, guests acknowledge and accept any associated health risks.

Guests with respiratory, heart, or other medical conditions should refrain from participating.
 

Hookah Service & Time Limits

Hookah service is provided based on seating availability and lounge operating conditions.
During peak hours, table time limits may apply.

 

Coal & Heat Management Policy

  • Each hookah includes two coal services within the first 90 minutes.

  • After 90 minutes, continued service requires a paid head change.

  • Coal-only refills are not offered beyond 90 minutes.

This policy ensures safety, flavor quality, and proper heat management.
 

Hookah Sharing & Hygiene

Hookah may only be shared within your table/group.
Personal mouth tips are provided and strongly recommended for hygiene. 


Each hookah is intended for a maximum of two guests.

Additional guests sharing the same hookah will be treated as an add-on and an additional charge will apply.

Equipment Handling

Guests may not:

  • Move hookah equipment.

  • Remove or adjust coals.

  • Add any substances.

  • Tamper with hookah components.

Please request assistance from staff at any time.
 

Damage & Breakage

Guests are responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or mishandling of lounge equipment, including hookahs, bowls, hoses, and glassware.
Applicable charges may apply.

 

Outside Products

Outside tobacco, shisha, hookah devices, or related products are not permitted.
 

Videography & Photography Notice

For security, marketing, and promotional purposes, this venue may capture photography and videography within the premises.

By entering, guests acknowledge that images and video footage may be used for:

  •  Social media content.

  • Advertising and promotions.

  •  Marketing and promotional materials.
     

Guests who prefer not to appear in recordings may inform staff or management.
 

Intoxication & Service Refusal

Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Guests appear intoxicated.

  • Safety guidelines are ignored.

  • Equipment is mishandled.

  • Disruptive behavior occurs.

 

General Lounge Etiquette

To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests:

  • Respect staff and other guests.

  • No illegal substances.

  • No harassment or aggressive behavior.

  • Follow all house policies.

 

Liability Disclaimer

By entering the premises and/or ordering hookah, guests agree to comply with all lounge policies.

The establishment is not liable for injuries, damages, or adverse effects resulting from misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, or participation in hookah service.

 

Lost or Unattended Items

The lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.

Right to Update Policies

Management reserves the right to modify policies at any time without prior notice.
